If we introduce online payment in future, payment details will be handled by the payment provider and not stored on our servers.

Terms & Conditions

DSCBUY.IN is a customer-facing platform providing DSC guidance, USB token supply and related support. We are not a Certifying Authority. Digital Signature Certificates are issued by Capricorn Identity Services Pvt. Ltd., a Certifying Authority licensed under the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India; the DSC application, KYC and issuance process is governed by Capricorn's own terms. Token orders placed with DSCBUY.IN are governed by these terms together with our Refund and Shipping policies. By using this website you agree to provide accurate information and to use the site for its intended purpose.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to USB token orders placed with DSCBUY.IN. Cancellation requested before your order has been dispatched is eligible for a full refund of any amount paid. Once dispatched, returns are accepted only where the token is defective or materially different from what was ordered; please raise such a request within seven days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. DSC applications completed through the official Capricorn journey are governed by Capricorn's own refund terms, not this policy.

Shipping Policy

Tokens are dispatched to the address you confirm at the time of order. Delivery timelines and any shipping charge are confirmed with your quote before you pay and vary by location and courier. Tracking details are shared with you once your order is dispatched.
